Sorry about your misfortune CN. Had the same thing happen to my sister in law. Coincindently, there were some meth heads camping in some woods about 1/4 mile from the house. They left unexpectedly not long after the break in. (Sssshhhhhhh)

Cn that really sux, prior to my most recent attack (zero turn mower) I had been broke into 3 times prior to this one and it really sux and yes you do feel violated. since the last episode, I went to Best Buy and have cameras and now I cant stop them but I will have them on camera and a can set here at work and watch my house. I do hope you they find them and not let them get away with nothing but you know how it goes most of the time

Pretty simple deal CN. The console has a port to connect to a router so it will stream the video on the net. Surprisingly cheap these days. You can get a 4 camera IR set up with a DVR recorder for sub 1K depending on the size of the DVR.

CN, sorry for your troubles. The really sucks big time! Your folks work all their life for what they have and in just a few seconds a bunch of crackhead *******s take what they want. Catch them and bring them to Barnett and we will teach them to swim with several logging chains around their necks.

close WB, but this only works off wall outlet & usb port on computer and then the cameras you only have to supply a plug (110) and the signal is transmitted via your home wiring system. I did have to provide power to the camera outside, and for the time being or until I can get a receptacle wired for each camera, I have heavy duty ext cords supplying to power to the cameras. the one I have in my computer room which faces my front entrance is power from outlet just below window, setup to me approx 30 minutes and that was the install of the software, took a little long to mount and route the wiring for the outside cameras

I think we all need to chip in and buy one for DD's office. That boy needs somebody keeping an eye on him 24 x 7.

The ones I've seen were either wired or wireless cameras. Heck, I even set one up for a pharmacist one time. Bad slick, but that was back when the set up was fairly pricey. I knew the prices had come down a bunch though.
