down at the coast for offshore fishing has had one of there and they were telling me how good they were. That Pizza is fine. I made my own dough to. That one has ranch dressing as the sauce along with Shrooms, red onions and Chicken chunks. It was bad azz. key is to get the egg up to around 550 degrees to crisp up the crust on the pizza stone. Heck, on grilling a steak, I can get the egg up to almost 900 degrees and it only takes about 2 minutes a side on a 1 1/4 inch steak and it's done

Don't know for sure but have been told that Bayou Classic in Brandon imports a cooker simular to the green egg for around $250.00. They also have SS boiling pots in any size at very good prices.
and the biggest different is there's no deflector plate for it so you can't cook indirect with it
