Foxtrot, if the alarm is a steady beeeeeeep then it is an overheating alarm. If it is an intermittant beep it is an oil alarm. Just because there is water coming out the pee hole does not mean your impeller is working properly. It could be pumping some water but not the vomume you need to keep the motor cool.
