Red squares are what appears to be fish structure out of wooden pallets.

You may want to go to your "SELECT READOUTS" option and turn off any of the displays on the left hand side of the screen that you are not using, not necessary but sometimes it helps the view a little.

    Default In this one

    It's pretty cut and dry
In da Pank, it's stumps, notice the shadow away from the boat
Blue is scattered Shad ball that's either heading up or down in the water column
Then it looks like an old road bed you just crossed into. Not much of one where you crossed at but on the right, it appears to get more defined and maybe a deeper cut into the natural ground. There does appear to be a couple fish on the bottom on the left side of the SI though

What's the advantage of taking the fish id off?

If you leave the fish ID on, the computer reads the signals and interprets whether or not it is a fish. Sometimes it's right, sometimes it's wrong, but the resulting return is replaced by the fish symbol, so you get no idea of it's size, shape or density.
