    maachu, I have a tool that installs riv-nuts. If you are going to be "bolting" anything on an aluminum boat they are the cats meow. I have just about mounted everything on my boat with them.

    Those the same a jack nut? If so they are great, I have used them before even on my seat bases and they held up great.
