Default Attention all hungry people - You're out

Apparently, it's very bad luck to buy lunch for folks.

Went to fill the truck up this AM and walked into the store to get a 196 oz Diet Coke. Was standing there talkin' to a fella when a geezer who reminded me of G3, not because of his looks, but because of his geezerness, pokes his head in and says

    Geezer "Is that your Toyota?"

    WB: "Yeah"

    Geezer: "The Silver 4 door?"

    WB:"Yeah"

    Geezer: "With the tool box?"

    WB: "Yeah"

Geezer: "Well, I don't want to bother you and I hate to get in your business and all, but you might want to go check on it.

    WB: "How come?"

Geezer: "Well, I was coming in from Memphis and just stopped to get some gas and I pulled up to the pump over there in that Blue SUV. Well, it's not mine, but it's my cousin's. We're hear to visit my Aunt. She's been bad sick, but she's much better now. Bertha is her name, you might know her. She grew up in Duck Hill, but went to college in Ohio and worked for phone company for 33 years, but she retired 2 years ago. Shes' only got 2 kids, but they hardly ever go check on her so me and my cousin just decided to load up and pay her a visit. You might know my cousin, his name is John. he's from Water Valley but went to school in TN and he worked for

WB: "But what's this got to do with my truck?"

Geezer: "Oh, yeah. Well you might want to check on it.

    WB: "Why?

Geezer: Oh, yeah....well the pump is running over and pourin' all over the place.

You know, now that I think about it...The geezer really reminds me of DonDon.

Oh, but don't worry...the gas station offered me a free biscuit to make up for the 211.4 gallons that ran all over my truck. And were real apologetic about not being able to credit my card since they had no idea how much actually went into the truck.

Hey, but a free biscuit, right? So....I got that going for me today.

Can't believe you weren't trying to soak up the gas off the ground with sponges! You could wring them out in a container and make use out of it.

Default It's a wonder you didn't run home

and get a couple of 5 gallon buckets and a sponge to get the gas off the concrete as tight as you are. Only person I know that squeeks when they walk
