    I know this pertains to a bass fishing tournament but it is hard to imagine someone doing this. This guy obviously had no conscience whatsoever!!

    What's wrong with these green carp guys? Haven't they heard of fish spotting, cell phones and fish tossing? They need to get wif the program.
