I have a buddy with the fs55r and it is a good one... I've had fs80's for years and they have been GOOD ones.

Check out the Shindaiwa. I used to run the Stihl brand for my work. I bought a Shindaiwa and would not think about getting a Stihl now. Light and very durable. Couldn't tear the thing up if I wanted too.

Next time you come down just take WB back with you. He can cook, clean, mow, weedeat, wash clothes ect. Then your wife will have more time to ride her horses.:D

Have a Stihl from the 80's too that you can either use the string head or put a STEEL blade on it and you can clear a forest with that blade! Don't accidentally hit something you don't want to hit, 'cuz it will be laying at your feet in a split second!

Another vote for the Stihl FS85 (if I remember correctly) ape hanger bar though. Tough little unit.
