Thread: Slabo, About that warranty claim on the HDSB

How was I spose to know???? Dadgum bushing didn't come with no instructions.

But anyway, right is right, fair is far, so........

Dearest Handy Dandy Slabo Bushing Manufacturer:

It's with my purtiest and most handsome and yet sincere and humblest apologies that I find myself writing you this letter. I appears that since there were no instructions included with the HDSB that I inadvertantly tried to install the umbrella pointy end down. Who can blame me for ripping the design, engineering and manufacturing team a new one though? Afterall, I'm sure you know what they're like. But anyway, I apologize for my inconvenience in attemping to malign your organization for shoddy manufacturing. As it turns out, the documentation team was at fault all along and assumed that all of it's customers were of MENSA intelligence like me and could just figure it out on their own. Luckily, I'm probably the smartest customer you'll ever have, so tell 'em to tighten up lest somebody really gives 'em a hard time.

Let's see a pic of the aforementioned umbrella. To date, I've not seen an umbrella with exchangeable "ENDS". The umbrella is on one end and you either hold the other end or put it in a holder. What sort of el cheapo umbrella you got, Wannabe? Some assembly required for sure!!!
