I've always been curious as to what types of jigs, spinners, tubes, etc other people use. I've been raised on hollow body jigs, but have heard of people using solid bodies and twister tails. Seen some jig heads with spinners, some single tail jigs or multi.
Just lookin for an idea of what ya'll use\like for different situations...

About the only difference in solid body and hollow body that I see is that the solid body will last a few bites longer. I use both, mostly Mid-South glow skirts and Rocky Mtn. solid. Next!

I mainly use Sats Sickle Runners and I Use solid body tubes on them most of the time. I do use hollow tubes sometimes and put Slab Sauce scent inside of them. I also like to run the Sickle Runners with out a jig skirt and tip them with a live minnow.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I use Southern Pro Umbrellas, ring tubes and solid bodys. Solids or rings when I'm spider rigging or recently, long lining and umbrellas when I'm single poling.

I experimented with the solid and ring bodies, but they seemed to fall weird for me. They all spiraled even after I re-hooked em. Probly user error tho.
The sickle jig heads, those the ones with the spinners? I've always liked the concept but never tried em. Hard to get live bait where I fish, though I think minners would work well especially right now under a bobber, though I like the tightline method better

that's why you can't catch no feesh! I wore them out in the spring single poling. In 6 trips I had 4 limits and 2 near limits. Single poling them will also work in the summer in the deep timber on the rez

Don't let these guys rag you too much MO, there ain't a thing wrong with single pole. Some of us don't need 40 poles to catch a mess of fish...lol
