Default Update & Clarification Regarding Single Fish Tour. @ Grenada

I wanted to clarify that the single fish tournament at Grenada would be open to trolling. If fact I expect it to be won pulling cranks! Not to say one of you jig experts can't win it. In fact I'm hearing of some bonus dollars from a local jig maker in the works. There will also be $500 worth of B&M Bucks if the winning fish is caught with a B&M pole!!!! Now I need to see what kind of interest we can get.

Default So, let me get this right

Me and my wife can pay 100 bucks and then fish all day. At the end of the day everyone weighs their fish and whoever has the biggest 1 fish, wins

actually, I think they are mulling the idea paying 3 places now. I have fishied some bass tournaments in the past kind of like this where they paid big fish and not a 5 fish li it weight.

Don - You have it right. The entry fee would be $100 a boat. It doesn't mater if you fish alone or your wife fishes. So far its looking like 1st place would be $1500, 2nd $500 and 3rd $400. There will be an additional $500 B&M Bucks if the winning fish is caught on a B&M pole. You will be able to redeem you B&M Bucks by purchasing straight from B&M at retail price. There is also talk of other bonus payouts but that's all confirmed right now.

The event would be used as a club fundraiser and a new member drive. It will give us an idea of how many people are actually interested for the club to expand its tournaments to North MS. I feel like allot of our teams will split up for this tournament increasing the number of boats. We are going to encourage as many of our members to bring a new face. There will also be a cook-out on Friday for all participants to socialize.

So, $100 per boat, two people max per boat?
