I guess given the audience we should break this down into at least 4 courses:

101 - You're an Idjit - Wannabe will tell you why and Triton can cite examples.

201 - You ain't supposed to be an Idjit - Triton will present and Wannabe will make exasperated faces in the back ground.

301 - How not to be an idjit - Wannabe will do a powerpoint of how not to be an idjit and Triton will go around writing it down on everybody's hand with a sharpie.

401 - Don't be no idjit - This will be the senior level with specific examples and reminders. I will present and Triton will go around with a ruler and smack folks that just aren't getting it for reinforcement.
