    Default So goes the DAY OF THE 4th


    Up at 5 and of course the wifie has to have some things she forgot to get at the store. Ran (drove) 17 miles to the store to get the STUFF. Got back and got the pit laid out and ready to light. Preped the ribs, Boston butt, hot dogs and burgers for cookin. Just lit the pit and waitin for it to burn down to start cookin. Bout 10 everyone will probably start showin up and by 12 everything should be comin off the grill. Got to go pick some corn to grill also.. Neverendin saga when the KIN KOLKS are comin! Everyone have a Happy 4th. Be safe.:D

    Around here it is all day long when this family gets together. Food will be ready at 12 and it is like a Shark feedin fenzy after that.

    I know the feeling satdoc i have been up since around three am put the butts on around 345 to smoke and ribs went on at 730. i will have a house full of hogs looking for the slop soon.Ever one be safe and remember what this wonderful day is all about. GOD BLESS
