    DD they'll stick too bad ifn you turn em over. (Something bout flesh side that just don't sound right). But no I don't. I cook mine til they start puffin up just like in the pic. They just like cookin a Boston butt. When the bones get loose enuff to pull out they done.

    yep, i put them scale side down, and never turned them.........then used a spatula when they were done............no sticking or breaking apart, a great way to cook them. oh, and did i mention a lot easier and quicker to filet them?

    dd, what do you do after smoking a boston butt? pulled pork? or how do you eat it? planning on doing one this week.

    ummmm, that didn't sound good, did it. Seriously though. I pull it and then once it's shreaded, I put more of my rub on it, some Cider vinegar and some honey on it, then mix it real good YUMMM
