DD they'll stick too bad ifn you turn em over. (Something bout flesh side that just don't sound right). But no I don't. I cook mine til they start puffin up just like in the pic. They just like cookin a Boston butt. When the bones get loose enuff to pull out they done.
MMMM, Boston Butt. I ain't put one on the smoker in a couple months. Might need to cook one up. Either that or a Briskett
