    Default I THINK I got it figgered out why he can't ever go no where

    to pick up his own stuff. You know those Shock colors you put our your family pet that keeps them within a certain radius of your yard? He's got one, well, I ain't saying where I heard it was attached but lets just say OUCH. I heard it had just enough radius on it so he can get to Home depot, Wally world, the grocery Store and to work , that's it before it zaps with him 110 volts
