No plastic or composite knobs to get old and brittle and then break, I like that. Its sort of like Fords and Chevies....some like one....some like the other.

I know where you guys are coming from, and I totally agree with all of you. I wish I could have every fisherman using my holders, but we know that's not possible. Doesn't keep me from trying though. I have listened to what you guys have said during the past months, and tried to apply your comments to the next gereration, which will be released very soon. Can't release any pics right now, but will soon.
I like the idea of 'no tools necessary after installation', so, they will continue to have the knobs. Which, by the way, I have been using the same ones for 5 years and they are still in perfect condition.
I do, however, welcome any constructive criticism and competition which will help me to continue to make a better and better product. That we all want and deserve.
