    Not for 9 more years, at least. I work 24 hr. shifts. Around 240 hours a month, which is a good bit more than the average Mon. to Fri, 8 to 5 banker schedule of about 160 hours a month. It is nice having lots of free days though. Ideal if you hunt and fish, as long as you have a wife who is an earner. Otherwise, have to have a second job, or live on the gov't teet!

    In house guy? If you are referring to a Chief (pencil pusher), no. I fight fire, do search and rescue, drive either a ladder truck or pumper. Am a haz mat tech. Have had special training through dept of homeland security in dealing with WMD's, I have actually trained with live Serin and VX nerve agents, Also have trained at the Mercury nuclear test site in Nevada.
