    Maj,

    1) Isn't that console top made of ABS Plastic? If so, I'd consider bolting that Ram through to a piece of treated wood of some sort. With that SI way out there, it's gonna put a bunch of dang pressure on that itty bitty screw and the plastic ain't much to grab ahold to.

    2) Clean up them cables to the SI dude. Either tape 'em or get your a rigging sleeve the tidy them up.
