There's lots of ways to do stuff Yikes. The right way, the wrong way, the hard way, the easy way and the Wannabe way. I'm preferential to the Wannabe way since it's named after me and all.

Bought me a new Riv Nut tool. Handy on an aluminum boat for mounting rod holders. Sat helped me get mine mounted and now going to take his off and riv nut them.
Now, why would ya'll want to do that? Seems a waste of 412 perfectly good sheet metal screws if you ask me.

Major don't pay attention to WB. You don't want an EKG going across your FF screens every time you hit the power trim or your auto-bilge switch kicks on. You are going to install one of these right? We don't want you getting swamped when you come up here and fish the big four with us.
Got the BIG Ram in yesterday but had to work til 9p, so did a little rigging this afternoon. Man, I HATED to drill that hole in my new-to-me boat, but no other way to get all the wires to the control head.

This is still a baby step, still waiting for the Ram for the front, and will update progress.

Man that thing is looking good.
I think I would have drilled the hole in the side of the console and used a rubber grommet so it doesn't get as much water in there?
Keep up the good work, I like seeing progress pictures.
Maj,
You can use a clamshell to clean up that look of that hole and make a tidy job of it. Take a look here. They come in various sizes... There are other styles as well, but I'm having trouble finding them tonight for some reason.
