Open the picture in Camera Roll, tap and hold until the Copy button comes up. Copy it and paste it into your post. If it were any easier, it'd be dangerous.
On second thought.... try this one. Open the picture in Camera Roll, roll down the driver's window. Toss iPhone out the winder. Close the window. Close Camera Roll. Cry.
