Now, the before pictures would have been nice, but we can work around that with ease. The affidavits of two or three highly respectable people should do it nicely.

Now we would also like to tack on the amount of mental suffering that you've had to endure, and in no way do we want to call it medical malpractice as the tort reform has capped the amount we can recover. We don't like that!

See, dats xactly what I'm talking about. Max is acting like WB knows someone respectable, and if they actually have to admit having seen him without a shirt, I'm thinking you're down to his doctor. Case dismissed. Game over.

Well Sat, I see your point. I'm thinking that since he is a banker, he might be able to find (read that to mean BUY) some respectable people willing to back him up.

I know Maj. It is a tough job, but justice must be served. When someone has been as grievously injured as our poor WB has been, he deserves his day in court and I cannot ethically stand by and see him abused just to save myself the personal damage that the photos might cause. Justice being done will be my medicine.
