When it opens Click on INTERNET OPTIONS. 4. on the GENERAL tab make sure the box labeled DELETE HISTORY ON EXIT is not checked. Then click on the DELETE button and be sure the box labeled PASSWORDS is not checked.. If that doesnt solve it I will think harder.

Did all that, think those 2 grandsons got on here and went ballistic.It take me a day or two to get it right.
