    Default Weight

Most guys use coolers with treated water. You and your partner each grab a handle and go with it. You could also put a little battery power aerator on also.

    Default Oxygen

Oxygen and cooler water temp is the key to keeping the fish alive in long weigh-in lines.
If you have the fish in good cool water and infused with oxygen before you head to the line they should do well.
For those long weigh-in lines on hot days:
Get you one of those coolers with wheels. Attach straps to hold a small oxygen bottle and drill a hole in the cooler just large enough for the tubing to pass through. Put a couple of frozen 20 ounce drink bottles in with them.

If you are in a tourney that is worth a flip there should be someone there at the landin to verify the feeshes are alive and sign the weigh form to that effect!

I know you are talking about other tournaments but for the MS C.c Fruitjar series tournaments.....Here is what Wannabes rules say.... "Winning weights will be determined by the heaviest 7 fish of legal size. In the event of a tie, the heaviest fish will break the tie, 2nd heaviest and so on until the tie is broken. Fish do not have to be alive to be weighed."

I confirm your reading of the rule G3. Fish do NOT have to be alive.

Why shouldn't the fish be alive at weigh in? Seems like the sportsman thing to do.
