    Default Good News

I ain't gonna die a healthy man. Went to the dr the other day and they said blood pressure is ridiculously high, sugar is high and I could stand to loose 50-60lbs. So this diet thing they got me on is prolly what's gonna do it. After a couple of days of salads and wheat bread and no sugar and no sweet tea and no anything else that might be good to eat, I kinda feel like WB with all the poo I been flingin. A fellers body really needs some time to adjust instead of throwing it a curve ball.

Don't worry about it Minner. With all that free healthcare coming your way, you'll prolly live to be 112.

I'm subscribing to the Chin diet this week. As long as I can't count above 3, I'm good to go.

I saw a bumper sticker the other day in reference to the free health care.
"If you think healthcare is expensive now, Wait til it's free!"
I ain't worried. The man upstairs will take care of me.

What's the chin diet or do I wanna know?

Well heck, the instructions are there already Minner. Sometimes I think you're about as dumb as DD.

Start in the AM on day 1 and eat all you want plus a little more than that all through out the day.

AM Day 2, count your chins. If there's less than three, proceed by repeating day 1's meal plan.

Day 3, realize you're enjoying yourself so much that you can throw out your scale and use the Dr. Copays you've been wasting for buffet money. Then repeat day 1's meal plan

    Repeat again.

If you hit 4 chins, stop and re-evlauate.

    Default just a note

Not to take away from the fun (not my intentions at all),but please take a little time to prepare for the your passing. I had a good friend pass away last Friday at 53 years old. This guy was bullet proof, hard charging, couldn't be stopped. No plan for the worse. Left a wife and 3 kids trying to figure out which way is up. God knows we aren't here forever and we sure don't like to think about it. Please make sure you prepare for your loved ones so they can have time to reflect on your life before scrambling to figure out their own.

I am sorry to be a downer, but this has weighed on me since Friday.

    Default minnermans post

    I guess I hijacked it. I'm sorry.

Did find it very funny, because I have high BP and over-weight. Been in sad shape for a long time. With all the crap that can kill us today we might as well enjoy. After I spend a little time planning ahead for my family, I will resume day dreaming of big fish, cool gadgets, and all things fun.

Heck, the jogging guru died at 40 of a heart attack. Didn't george burns live to a smooth 100 while pulling on that cigar and chasing tail. Chubby checker out lived a lot of healthy folks. Have fun, but plan ahead.

    sorry minnerman.
