    GREAT!!!! You have convinced me now, I may try and do it this week. How far apart did you do them? Im going to go out and measure my deck today w/ and w/out the tite lock up there.

    Wannabe sent me the measurements of the base spacing on his boat....I think his boat is similar to yours...mine is a G3 Eagle 185...I had to put my bases a little closer together than Wannabees because my deck is a little narrower where the bases are located. Just take both of your seats and get up front and figure out where they need to be...thats what I did.

    yea mine is a Pro 165 and its 54 3/8 wide from carpet corner to carpet corner.

    If you had put them on a V-Lock you could remove them when not in use.
