There are a couple more real good steak houses around but being from out of town, they'd be harder to find. Chars great, a little smoky in the bar area but better in the dining room. Coming from Pearl, take the meadowbrook road exit, then shoot on across Meadowbrook road at the traffic light. Go up about 100 yards or so and veer to the left at the "Y" intersection. Go over the top of the hill and turn into the parking lot about 100 yards before the traffic light. It'll be on the right. Big square black sign with CHAR on it

i keep up with this board more than i do the on topic boards, just so you know i was in gatlingburg a couple of weeks ago and some guy at ski mount. was talking about some gewber banker from ms. showing off crappie pics. so your gewberness is known all over the southeast.:D

NAHHHH, can't stop at that cause we've been asking Wannabe for a picture of IS for over a year and we ain;t seen not a single pic yet if her. Making me think the kids are adopted and he's got a LIFE PARTNER and not a wife if you know what I mean

some of you local guys may want to go over there and see if he's locked her in the basement or something, you know he ain't been bragging about all that housework here lately!!

wish i could say my trip to jackson was fun, about 40 miles south of tuscaloosa i hit a 200 pound 8 point that destroyed my truck so about 8 hours later we made it to pearl. we did go to bass pro enjoyed the bar. i guess that's what i get for making fun of wb.
