Its a plan

I would suggest you guys move your weigh-in sites away from any Corp. lakes. To have a tournament on a Corp. lake you must obtain a permit and the fish must be kept alive to be released back into the lake. There is no penalty for dead fish but they want you to make an effort to release the fish. I'm not sure of the fine for holding a tournament without a permit but I'm sure there is one. It isn't hard to get a permit and its free. They mail it to you and you fill out and mail back. I realize this is a bunch of good ole boys holding a tournament but I would hate for you guys to get in trouble for something you didn't know about. You may also want to consider some sort of release to cover whose name is associated with the tournament in case of an accident.
