    I hate to be the one to break this to you but, in all my fishing time at teh rez the wind is usually your friend there. You just have to learn to adjust your ways and locations you fish. I hate fishing the wind too. Now the whitecapping part does suck at the rez I have been soaked more than once out there even about sunk a 18 ft Stratos during a tournament. I placed third and had big fish and it took all my winnings plus a little to get my boat back in shape.

    Default I just get tired of fishing the same couple or 3 spots

    Just now learning the lake abit and up until I got the Lowrance with the nav chip, I didn't know where to go but a few spots to get out of the wind. Heck, up until this summer, I fished Pelahatchie cause (both sides) Hwy 43 bridge, the Yacht Club, sawdust and 3 prong. THATS IT. Had no idea there was 30-40 foot deep water in some places I found it this summer!!

    That nav chip definitely helps you find some stuff (deep water, ledges, creeks, etc.) I love my lowrance and nav chip

    Submerged Timber as well. I don;t know how i DIDN'T hit some stumps over by twin Harbor before. Had no idea they were there
