This morning KATIE asked the TEXAS GOV. why things are so organized? He said that thay had spent their HOMELAND SEC/EMERGANCY FUNDS for what it was intended for... a emergency. Every state was given a check in 02 and we will have to see who has spent or banked it. Texas sure came thru when everyone is sitting on their hands.Listening to most of the people who left N O, they don't sound like they are gonna return. God bless the U.S.A.
