$50 to the man/woman who can point out where I laid down a personal attack on anyone in this OT forum. I don't do that, and I try to stay away from generalizations like calling all democrats idiots. I don't and haven't. I did point out that SOME teachers are frequently in the left wing nut job category and for some reason that was misconstrued as being something it wasn't.

I've been behaved well enough and have only remarked on the obvious or the news, and I even spoke on behalf of John H who suffered brutal attacks. For that somehow a mud flinging fest came my way today. I will make no apologies for anything. It seems the new tone now is if you are in disagreement you will pay dearly no matter how wrong other parties are. Gonna go over well with more than just me. Please don't PM me or post another reply because I won't read it anyway.

Horseshoer I hope you lay into the rest as you have me in recent hours. I don't see where anyone else is more or less guilty, but since your in the judgment business now feel free.

My wife is a teacher and I wasnt offended at all. You did not refer to ALL teachers as being a nut job, just the left. If I didnt vote I sure wouldnt be talking politics.

Something dont ring true when you are again taking it as a given that anyone who doesnt see it yur way is wrong and turn around and say I am in the judgement business. That speaks for itself.

Seems a little pretentious too that you wanna speak yur piece again but then request that nobody reply. Say what? I'm left wondering where you came up with all this business about I am right & you are wrong because I said so, and listen to me but please say nothing in return? Nobody has left footprints on my forehead so far in life nor mine on theirs and aint about to start at this stage of the game.

I actually thought this was pretty tame compared to some of the mudslinging I've seen.:p Like my ol buddy Johnny Norville used to say:

One more thing I must point out is that we are not at war with Iraq,the war ended at the fall of Saddam's Army and his capture,at that time we assumed the role of a restoring of order,a Policeing action if you will,can't understand why people keep calling it the war in Iraq.

Going against my better judgment of reading this stuff:

Let me tell you something, Shoer, this is a matter of being singled out, why I don't know. Perhaps you would like to pin it down for me. As I see it I haven't been any different than other users who like to engage in debate or hash out differences. I haven't engaged in personal attacks, just noting a President who won't last, and won't do anything, If I'm wrong, then your wrong, we are all wrong, or we are all right, it's called an opinion. Sometimes opinions are backed by fact(which is where I try to go). But now we have a new Pres. and a whole new brand of cockiness. I fail to see where you get off pointing fingers at me. If you had some personal problem with me after all this time at C.C then you should have taken it to PM or even called me, I'd done it for you.

As it stands now I could peck out a list of names who aren't too terribly different form me, but names is a no no. I hope you take full opportunity to lay into everyone equally until this place is cleaned up and all the conservatives have been duly run out of town.
