Working on New Digs

Yep, that's right folks. Been coming awhile. Miss Joyce and I will be relocating this next year to a smaller, more quiter place. Working with United Veterans Home Loan on a place in El Darado Springs, Mo. big enough I don't have to store my boat in a storage yard. Woo Hoo. 1.64 acres, 4 bd, 2bath, fire place, and a full basement, 1.5 miles out of town and NO HOA , Woo Hoo. Not in one now, but The People who own this Mobile Home Park thinks it is by the rules they selectively enforce. It's also went from a nice place to what I call the Hood...Not many keeping the outside around their home area policed up...Our lot is way in the back and every time we go some where we have to go through it twice, going out, then back home, yet the rent for the lot increases evert year. Then there has been 2 shootings here. One right next to my truck, 35 ft from our bed, and one on the other side of the park...2 too many, so we been looking for a while. Opportunity struck and we are working out the details now...Just wanted to give ya all the heads up...
