Morning Grumpa, and thank you for the wishes,,,I did get a bit of movement, but it was the VA on my knee. It was exactly what I feared the most. The Dr had put in her letter that I would be healed up and good to go in 3 months. Anyone with common sense knows that is not the case. Well they gave me 100% for the three months, 9actually the difference of 70% I was already paid and the 100%), missed 2 months payment totally, and upped me 10% to 80%starting the 1st of march. Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful I got that sum of money. It's tucked away, and every month I'll be adding the difference of what I was getting before and what I'm getting now.
As far as the Camp Lejeune water settlement, well, as was totally expected, the Gooberent got the court to push the start of the trial dates back from the first of this year till sometime way late in the year. I think they are waiting, hoping we will die off so they don't have to pay. I know I'm getting very tired of their B/S...Well It will come when it comes. The sooner the better. I filed on 10/17/22, so this oct 17 will be 3 yrs. I know I will be suprised to get anything in the next year or two. Sad, sad situation for sure.
I sure hope Life is treating you all good. I'll update this post as I learn anything new...
