I hear ya !! Most I ever paid for a concert was to see the Stones here in town. $100 for 2 tickets (me & my GF, late 1970's), and I winced when I handed the money over. Worked out OK in the end, as the 2 seats I got were closer to the stage than the other seats that the guy that purchased them got for himself & the other people in his group.

First time I saw the Stones, they were in Louisville ... and my buddy & I ended up in the nosebleed section. But that wasn't the worst thing. There was barely enough leg room to sit comfortably (I'm 6'1"), and standing up was taking your life into your own hands. To top it all off, the crowd "politely clapped" thru the first half dozen songs like they were at a freakin OPERA !! They did, eventually, get into it and got to hootin & hollarin, whistling & clapping like they meant it. But that was enough for me to swear off concerts in that town, regardless of who was performing.

I have 2 I like equally. Elvis singing "I Believe". For some reason it really reminds me of my only daughter I lost in 1966 and the other is Ravel's "Bolero". I'm not into classical but Bolero just seems to calm me down. If you ever listen to Bolero turn the volumn way up.

Oh I done blown past that like brakes out. 56. I do get a kick out of all the old classic country songs that seem stuck on passing 30. Just wait bubba, there’s more
