Here is what I did in my younger days. I would estimate how long the job would take, and then multiply that by an hourly rate, add materials, and that would be my quote. Some jobs I did better than others on the estimate, but got pretty good at that. I've also calculated the material, doubled it, and that was my quote. Either way, you will figure out what works best for you. Now, all you have to figure is a good hourly rate! But that's up to you and what your time is worth! Good luck!!
