It gives further information why you must have a certain medication. I just went through this twice for my diabetes medications, because the meds that are normally prescribed interact with some of my heart meds.

Had to go through same thing to get mine. Took 2 months to get diabetic medications after I was diagnosed. They are sure speedy about collecting premiums, not so much on providing the service that you pay for
