I have a Craftsman that has a petal that you push to stop and let off to go. It is a hydrostat on a handle on the side. You don't have to push the clutch to reverse. You just pull the handle back. It is less than half of what a zero-turn is. If you have a large yard, I would say zero-turn but with my yard, I can't justify the difference.
