You would actually do an EGD to assess for h plyori damage, and you would see ulcerative damage and not polyps.

My Bad

Failed to include that EGD at times are recommenced if complex health issues were in question.

Even though one may have to go through some discomfort preparing for these procedures they may just save ones life
