I have a dumb question

I've been on this site a while now and just realized something. Just by chance I discovered a couple of private message in my inbox for a couple of months. Is there some kind of notification for this when I open the site or do I have to go to my stuff and check my inbox.

At the very top of this page there are several links ... one of which is Notifications. If you have the "receive notification popup" checked in your profile, new PM's will show below the Notifications link at the top of this page.

When you go to "my stuff", under "My Account" ... click "General Settings" ... scroll down to "Private Messaging" and check the options you want. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and click the "Save Changes" button (if you changed any option designation).

That sounds like me, I felt bad I had received PMs from members and it looked like I ignored them.
