    This! They should base assembly line pay in line with a mechanic at dealership. Actually below as they are working with new clean parts and easily reached assembly.

    I agree 100%. Cousin was a line supervisor at the GM plant in Arlington, Tx. until he retired. He felt the same way you do. He hated Mondays due to the sloppy work the
    employees did after the weekends. At a dealership you have recourse if the work is done sloppy. Turn around and take it back to the dealership and make them do it
    right.
