I commend you for thinking of others as you do. We are told that acts aren't what we will be rewarded for, but I find it hard to walk past what I know needs to be done for someone that cannot do it for themselves. Just today the thought came to mind of a verse that says" as you do for the least of my brethren, you do for me." I sometimes have a hard time seeing things that need to be done, and some things I'm no longer able to do. What I have found is that I'm spoken to when something I can do is before me and I know to just get it done. No screaming voice, no knock on a door but just the way we were raised to be who we are and do what's right when the time is here. Some day, some time when you are in the worst shape, someone you may not even know will stand up and be there for you when you need it most. It has happened to me and changed the way I look at things. Good Job Mister.
