I thoguht the bureaucracy and gross negligence of the VA would improve with the law passed by congress assigning speedy removal of of personnel charged with gross negligence violations.

This is what I get for positive thinking. The VA has announced it will not enforce this law and the people fired for negligence can return to their jobs and probably qualify for back pay.

It appears we veterans have become a second class citizen. We must be a nuisance and inconvenience to big government. Liars, one and all.
