Fathers Day! Ok, so I didn't want to put this in the crappie cooking section. ( help me here mods).

So after a thrilling night at the bike races in Oklahoma City, and working today til 3, we sat down to blackened crappie cakes, and an ole fashioned pot roast with all the trimmings. A great Fathers Day with my family beside me. Thanks to this loving family and the great folks on this forum, I am truly a very blessed man. I have been taught humility, humanity, friendship, loyalty and above all else, Christianity. Love to you all
