I have to share this. It is too funny to me!

I don't fish right under people, but this is a public metal T-Shaped dock on Lay Lake.

So I went to the lake to fish for the very first time at this lake with my minnows and bobber. I had 2 poles running. God forbid both go down at the same time! haha. But there was this man fishing. He has been there since 9am. It was going on 1pm at this point when I got there. I politely walked up and asked him if he was catching anything and he said, "Nope, not one bite even!" So I was like ok, I'll give this a go I guess for a few hours. We chatted for about ten minutes as my poles were in the water.

Approx. 15-20 minutes later, BAM! Crappie slab!

Approx. another 10 minutes later, BAM! Crappie slab!

Approx. 30 minutes later, BAM! BAM! 2 Crappies at the same time! haha

Needless to say, I left the scene and I know he was pissed. haha. He was there from 9am to 1pm not one bite. I show up and they attack my minnows. He was using the same bait and they weren't hitting his line at all. I felt so bad. I asked him if he wanted a few and he said, "no thanks." I told him I'll meet you back here next weekend. haha. He said, "ok!"
