I agree this guy is a complete turd... however, IF he has done this kind of thing before, and IF he actually was doing it then, WHY didn't previous clients, or clients on the boat at the time ever say something? Prior to the law enforcement showing up, his clients SHOULD have said something to him.

I'm not saying they are guilty of anything however, sometimes doing the right thing isn't the easiest thing to do. As sportsman, we should be policing ourselves. I cannot beleive that someone didn't say anything to him, intervene, turn him in, request to be taken back to the dock, refusing to pay, filing a complaint....... I know what I would have said and done. I know, it is easy to say it when you are not wittnessing it.
