Worked for a tree service, and we were cutting down a THICK mulberry that unbeknownst to us had a hive in it. The limb it was on hit the ground and ruptured the nest. You never saw 5 full grown men MOVE so fast ! I got stung twice; 1 guy got like 8...we came back that night with 3 cans of Black Flag Wasp and Hornet Killer and liberally soaked what was left of it. Would bet what was left of it was 20" in diameter and it had had a couple hundred hornets in it, luckily most died when the limb landed on and crushed most of it.
