I have lost 30 pounds since April. I weighed 239 that month and today I weighed in at 207. If you try it be honest about your exercise. It recommends the calories you should eat on the desired weight you want to lose each week. It breaks your food down for you, calories, carbs, fiber, proteins, sugars, salts, and fat. If you find the right foods you like, you will lose weight.
Seven more pounds for me and I have a big ole crappie fish dinner in store. Then I'm joining a local gym and try to work my lard rear into shape.
