I don't know that I have changed its just that I am aware as I am sure you are that there are folks in jobs wheither it be public or private that don't need to be in the position there in. One example I can give you that a coworker told me about goes like this. He was assigned to a group that did some remolding in a office building for TVAN. He said of the several weeks that the job took one gentleman (TVA employee ) was only seen to walk atround with a cup of coffee everyday.When TVAN has an outage they set it for so many days Switch to Switch. At the end of this time and inorder to get their bonus they have to roll the generator one complete turn. They do not have to make electricty just roll the shaft. Now that they have done this they can again tear into things a finish fixing whatever extra they have found. By rolling the shaft they get their bonus. I do not feel that Goverment employees need bonuses. The VA people get bonuses for what and why? This type of work ethic from all of the agencies is what i am mostly refering to. I have nothing against anyone for their views. I do think you need to correct my screen name as I have never changed yours. Have a nice night and I have enjoyed our discussion.

I saw a report recently of newly discovered dinosaurs under what used to be a glacier.
I wonder how they managed to get under that ice?
Let me guess, they died before the ice massed above them. Maybe they died in a blizzard, at that spot.

I know we have had at least one global warming event. We had TWO Ice ages. Can't have two ice ages without global warming to separate them.
