Hi mountain summer sausage help

Need a favor from someone. Ground up some goose and went to get my summer sausage kit to make my first run. Kids had been into it and the instructions are gone. ANybody have one of the kits? Can someone tell me the ratios I am supposed to use of cure and seasoning? Thanks in advance.

mine says 2 and a half teaspoon of the darker mixture and2 teaspoon of the cream colored pouch per pound.hope this helps

I would think that you could email the mfg tell them the kit and get the instructions from them.
