Nonsense. Richard Nixon formed the EPA. It served it purpose by the clean ups across the country. Now, the EPA is just an inflated bureaucracy that is headed up by political hacks that will do or say anything to maintain status quo. EPA is about power and control. Buffett is bringing oil on his choo-choos, while the radicals delay the oil line. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Nothing but politics, money, and power.
